Parcel tracking

After sending the order, a confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you.

When the parcel arrives in your country and passes through customs, the local postal service will handle its delivery. Use the tracking number on your country's post office website to check the status.

The buyer is responsible for receiving the parcel and fulfilling the requirements of the post office and customs: payment of duties, provision of documents, receipt of the parcel at the branch, etc. Keep notifications and monitor the status, as the package is stored for a limited time. If the parcel is returned to us due to late receipt, we will refund the cost of the goods minus shipping costs.

Customs duties and taxes

The buyer is fully responsible for the payment of import duties and taxes, as well as the return of prohibited goods.

Please read the import rules in your country before placing an order. We do not accept refunds and do not refund the cost due to unpaid customs fees.

Customs declaration

We are obliged to accurately declare the value of the goods in accordance with the requirements of customs. Requests for undervaluation in the declaration are not accepted.

Possible reasons for the disposal of parcels by customs:

Prohibited goods

Some ingredients in cosmetics and dietary supplements may be prohibited from being imported into your country. For example, high doses of vitamins, plants and extracts that require special permits.

Incorrect paperwork

If the data in the accompanying documents (invoice, declaration) does not correspond to the actual contents of the parcel, this may lead to a request for additional documents.

Suspected smuggling

If customs suspects that the parcel contains contraband goods (for example, too many products of the same type), it can be disposed of after verification.

Expiration of shelf life

The buyer has a limited time to receive the parcel and pay the duties after arrival. If he does not meet these deadlines, the parcel can be disposed of by customs.

Therefore, we emphasize once again: please study the customs regulations of your country in advance, especially regarding cosmetics and dietary supplements. We cannot influence customs decisions and are not responsible for disposed goods.

Returns of goods due to recycling by customs

If the parcel has been disposed of by the customs office of the buyer's country, we will not reimburse the cost of goods and delivery.

Only in case of return of ALL goods from the parcel to the buyer, we will refund the cost of the goods, but we will not compensate the cost of round-trip delivery.

Cancellation of orders

If you want to cancel the order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will confirm the possibility of cancellation.

If the order has already been sent for assembly, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
