AJINOMOTO Amino Vital GOLD 4000, designed for athletes and people leading an active lifestyle, to increase endurance during and after training, promote recovery after heavy physical exertion. Amino acids contain 12 amino acids (BCAA), as well as minerals and vitamins for the daily active life of an athlete.

BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) - amino acids with branched side chains are essential amino acids (those that cannot be synthesized in the human body, which makes their intake with food important): leucine, isoleucine and valine. 

BCAAs perform a number of functions: they are a source and activator of the synthesis of muscle protein (i.e. muscle fibers) through mTOR, they are a source of energy (especially when the glycogen reserve in the muscles is depleted), they suppress the catabolism of muscle fibers, stimulate the production of insulin, which is also an activator of mTOR, stimulate the processes of fat burning.
