DHC Vitamin D3 (also known as cholecalciferol) is one of the most important vitamins for humans. It regulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, and therefore is necessary for the normal formation and growth of bones and teeth. 

Vitamin D is also important for hormonal regulation, prevention of inflammation and optimal functioning of the nervous and immune systems. It contributes to the normal functioning of the heart, blood clotting. Accelerates the elimination of lead and other heavy metals from the body. Together with vitamins A and C, it prevents colds.

Vitamin D can be absorbed with food, but it is mainly produced in the human body under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D deficiency is quite common, especially in northern latitudes. The main reason is insufficient sun exposure due to the long winter and indoor work. 

Lack of vitamin D in children causes rickets and growth retardation, in adults – weakness, weight loss, joint pain, osteoporosis.

An adequate level of vitamin D helps prevent osteomalacia (softening of bones) and osteoporosis (loss of bone density) in adulthood.

Vitamin D also supports muscle function, since the receptors for it are located throughout the body. If the muscles are constantly aching for no particular reason, then you should think about a possible deficiency of vitamin D in the body. Vitamin D gets into the cells of muscle tissue, increases the frequency of muscle contractions, helping the muscles to remain strong and elastic. This protects them from tears and minor damage, including during training.

Composition: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 international units)

Also in the composition: maltose, cellulose, sucrose and fatty acid ether, silicon dioxide.

Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components of the drug.
