Nattokinase - a powerful fibrinolytic enzyme belonging to the class of systemic enzymes, which is absorbed into the blood and, increasing its fluidity, has a systemic effect on the body. One of the promising approaches to obtaining new active and safe dietary supplements is the study of the traditional nutrition of peoples with a long life expectancy and excellent health, and the subsequent identification of biologically active substances in the composition of this food that are responsible for this phenomenon. Thus, it was found that the health of Japanese people is associated with a significant consumption of soy-based products. Especially useful was the traditional soy product Natto, which the Japanese have been eating for more than 1000 years with great health benefits. The ancient samurai ate Natto every day and even gave this food to their horses, which increased their agility and strength. Natto was given to pregnant women in order to give birth to stronger and healthier children.
In 1980, Dr. Hiroyuki Sami, who worked at the University of Chicago, discovered that Natto has a high fibrinolytic activity, i.e. it is able to dissolve the strands of a special protein called fibrin, which is responsible for blood viscosity and for the formation of blood clots. The health of the entire body is largely determined by the rheological properties (fluidity) of blood. If the blood viscosity is too high, the transport of substances and gases is disrupted, and in addition, the risk of blood clots increases. Especially dangerous is thrombosis of the blood vessels of the heart, brain, lungs, and deep veins. High blood viscosity is the most important risk factor for myocardial infarction, stroke and hypertension.
Natto soy product, which is obtained by fermenting boiled soybeans with the bacterium Bacillus subtilis (a strain of hay bacillus).
As a result of fermentation, Nattokinase is obtained - an enzyme that affects the entire body, reducing the viscosity of the blood. Especially its use is indicated for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, people with a tendency to thrombosis and varicose veins, with fatigue in the legs after a hard day or physical exertion, swelling of the limbs, with deterioration of intelligence.
A cosmetic effect was also noticed: the venous meshes on the legs became less noticeable.
It is a mild capsule dietary supplement developed with Bacillus natto culture extract (Nattokinase) as the main ingredient, edible coconut oil and resin powder from Okinawa. Because natto has its own smell and taste, even people who do not like natto can easily take this drug.
