ONE BY KOSE Balancing Tuner Balancing lotion to normalize the sebaceous glands, the lotion affects the source of sebum. It contains active ingredients that balance the skin. This is the only therapeutic lotion in Japan that affects the sebaceous glands and suppresses sebum secretion. It evens out the texture, makes the pores less noticeable, prevents skin problems and gives it a healthy appearance. 

It is based on the formula Rice Power® № 6, which acts directly on the sebaceous glands, penetrates the skin, being absorbed into it, and makes it smooth, reliably retaining moisture. Controls excess sebum, which causes shine, stickiness and narrowing of pores, prevents dryness and restores the function of the skin to independently regulate the balance of fat and moisture.

Disodium sulfate of L-ascorbic acid reduces the appearance of unwanted pigmentation, stimulates the production of collagen and restores the level of hydration, it fights the effects of oxidative stress, increases local immunity, has an anti-inflammatory effect.

d-δ-tocopherol it fights fine wrinkles and age spots, moisturizes the skin and retains moisture in its upper layers, protects the cells of the epidermis from the negative effects of external factors.

Plant extracts accelerate the production of hyaluronic acid, moisturize and nourish the skin, stimulate microcirculation, prevent the appearance of age spots, even out the complexion.

The lotion is slightly acidic (does not violate the PH of the skin), does not contain oils (mineral oils), tested for allergies, does not cause comedones.
