KAI Seki Magoroku Shoso Santoku Kitchen Knife, 165 mm, with a unique stylish design, functional and comfortable for everyday use, made of forged stainless steel, has sharpness, strength and cutting ability.

The Japanese company KAI produces professional chef's knives of premium class, the quality of which comes from the age-old traditions of blacksmithing in the production of samurai swords. In the manufacture of KAI knives, high-alloy steel is used with an optimal carbon content and the addition of cobalt, molybdenum and vanadium. This composition gives the knives exceptional strength and sharpness.
