Первый раз упоминание про этот препарат увидела в британских гайдлайнах по анорексии у онкологических больных; стала читать, оказывается по нему очень много статей с хорошей доказательной базой по всему миру -уменьшает тошноту, рвоту на фоне химиотерапии, улучшает аппетит.
