Return of goods of inadequate quality

Claims on the quality of the goods are accepted within 7 days after receiving it.

If a defect is detected, send us a photo of the product on which the defect is clearly visible, a photo of the label and a photo of the packaging of the order by e-mail info@mirai-shop.ru with an indication of the order number and a description of the marriage. We will contact you within 1 business day and clarify further actions.

Return of goods of proper quality

Some categories of goods of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 N 55):

products for the prevention and treatment of diseases at home (sanitation and hygiene items made of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, medical instruments, devices and equipment, oral hygiene products, eyeglass lenses, child care items), medicines;
personal hygiene items (combs, hair clips, hair curlers, wigs, hairpieces and other similar products);
textile goods (cotton, linen, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics, goods made of non-woven materials such as fabrics - ribbons, braid, lace and others);
perfumery and cosmetic products;
sewing and knitwear (underwear, hosiery);
products and materials in contact with food, made of polymer materials, including for single use (tableware and cutlery and kitchen utensils, containers and packaging materials for food storage and transportation);
articles made of precious metals with precious stones, of precious metals with inserts of semi-precious and synthetic stones, faceted precious stones.
technically complex household goods for which warranty periods are established (metal-cutting and woodworking household machines; household appliances and appliances; household electronic equipment; household computing and multiplying equipment; photo and film equipment; telephones and fax equipment; electric musical instruments; electronic toys, household gas equipment and devices).
The goods are accepted for return in the original, unbroken and unopened packaging, without traces of external damage to the presentation. Upon receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to carefully inspect the ordered goods in the presence of an employee of the order pick-up point, a courier or upon receipt at the Russian post office, a transport company. If the buyer does not like the appearance, or the product does not meet the order parameters without opening the package, the buyer has the right to return the ordered product to the online store.

Claims for appearance, mechanical damage and configuration are accepted only at the time of delivery, while the buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the buyer from the moment the seller transfers the goods to the buyer.

You can refuse the purchased goods of proper quality within 7 days after the delivery of the goods.

When returning an item of proper quality, we only refund the cost of the item. The cost of delivery, as well as the cost of return shipment (if it was made at your expense) not compensated.

The refund is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
