Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid is a key molecule for maintaining a normal water balance in the body.
It is present in the articular fluid, in the cartilage tissue, in the lens of the eye and other tissues, but it is in the skin that more than 50% of the total hyaluronic acid of the human body is located.
With age, the rate of production of hyaluronic acid decreases. The decrease in the content of hyaluronic acid in the body is also influenced by external factors: high temperature, solar radiation, tobacco smoke, air pollution, poor nutrition.
Dietary supplements with hyaluronic acid, thanks to the phenomenal ability of this substance to retain water, improve the structure of the skin, provide the necessary moisture, help to smooth out wrinkles and fine lines, increase the elasticity and smoothness of the skin.
