FANCL Immune Support Probiotic for the immune system, the drug was created jointly by Fancl and Kirin Group, the main component of which is lactic acid bacteria of plasma*, aimed at strengthening the innate human immune system and increasing its protective properties. 

Probiotic Immune Support in the form of chewable effervescent tablets with the taste of lemon yogurt contains 100 billion lactic acid plasma bacteria (L. lactis strain Plasma), which help maintain immune function by affecting "pDC"(plasmocytoid dendritic cells).

Plasmocytoid dendritic cells (mPC, pdC), one of the types of immune cells, their work is to activate a variety of immune cells.

They react to viruses and produce interferon alpha (IFN-α). IFN-α transmits a signal to other immune cells, which begin to destroy viral and cancer cells. That is, pdC play the role of the" commander-in-chief " of the immune system, activating other immune cells.

Previously, it was believed that ordinary lactic acid bacteria cannot activate pDC (they can only activate NK killer cells). However, researchers at Kirin have studied more than 100 species of lactic acid bacteria, and in 2010 they discovered plasma bacteria that activate pDC, and turned them into an effective technology to reduce the risk of viral infection.
