Glico Libera Bitter Dark Chocolate with Fiber, This chocolate has an original chocolate flavor, but with the addition of indigestible dextrin, which suppresses the absorption of fat and sugar.

Indigestible dextrin is a water—soluble dietary fiber made from corn starch. Indigestible means "difficult to digest". Fats and sugars contained in chocolate are absorbed in the intestine, but dextrin prevents this absorption.
