Cetylpyridinium chloride is an antiseptic from the group of quaternary ammonium compounds, it belongs to cationic detergents. It has a bactericidal effect against a wide range of gram-positive and, to a lesser extent, gram-negative bacteria.

You can use the Japanese drug for the treatment of colds of various etiologies, it can be used as an antiseptic solution.

The main active substance - povidone-iodine, has antibacterial, antiviral and antimycotic effects, has an analgesic effect.

Indications for use: inflammatory processes of the upper respiratory tract – tonsillitis, pharyngitis; pain in the throat, oral cavity with viral and fungal lesions; dental problems – gingivitis, stomatitis of various etiologies.

Kobayashi Japanese spray is intended for the treatment of children from 2 years old.

Composition (100 ml): 0.45 povidone-iodine, potassium iodite, glycerin, citric acid, L-menthol.

Safety precautions: hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, acute renal or hepatic insufficiency. Long-term use of the spray is not recommended. Discontinue use for the following symptoms: skin rash, redness, itching, digestive discomfort in the stomach, nausea.
