Transino Medicated Brightening Clear Lotion, suppresses melanin production and prevents the appearance of age spots and freckles, noticeably lightens pigmentation that was before its use, eliminates age spots, freckles and blocks their further spread. The lotion softens the skin, making it clean and fresh, allowing cosmetic ingredients of further care products to be absorbed more easily.

Contains the whitening active ingredient tranexamic acid and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, which prevents skin roughness. These two components eliminate signs of age spots from inflammation to the spot stage.

Tranexamic acid is an effective lightening agent, acts against pigmentation (both age and UV-induced) and skin redness.
